our process
Proposal
From the very beginning we listen to customers and focus on their request, in order to lay out the best solution. Together with the customer, we review, discuss and adjust the proposal, so that the final offer best satisfies the requirement, both technically and commercially.
Design
Components, machines and systems are precisely engineered, with the support of the most advanced design tools for mechanics, fluids, civils, electrics and automation. A large assortment of validated software models of rolling processes is used.
Manufacture
Certified partner workshops are employed for the manufacture. They feature the most modern machinining centers operated by qualified personnel. The manufacture is constantly supervised to guarantee that the required quality parameters are obtained and that deliveries pace according to schedule. The partner workshops must be in full compliance with International Labor Standards on Occupational Safety and Health.
Installation and startup
Experienced site engineers supervise the installation and assist the customer's personnel to rapidly work out any possible issue, so that the startup of the equipment occurs smoothly, and the contract performances are met within schedule until the final acceptance.
Service
A comprehensive array of services is available for the entire life cycle of the plant: spares, dedicated maintenance protocols, design updates, overhaul and modernization programs, site and remote support, personnel training and continuous update.
